Initial days overloaded training and put trainees on production without providing proper assistance Non professional behaviour by many colleagues and no proper channel to address new joiners issue (in current project) my personal experience can defer for others

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck
