They mainly work with USA based clients, so there is a tremendous learning opportunity if someone wants to grow their career. They help you improve not only technical skills but also communication skills, and how to talk to clients etc. They give you the opportunity to manage projects and client communication early in your career. I learnt a lot in this company in a very short period of time.

Dislikes

I feel lucky to discover this company in Lucknow and join it. Don't have anything negative to say. I heard horror stories from other companies from my batchmates, nothing like that here. I would say the environment here is cool and progressive.

They have a great culture. I have worked with other Lucknow companies, but this company has the best culture. There is no micromanagement. People are good and supportive.

Management is sometime not very strict with low performers. They need to talk to them and expect better outcomes.
