Honestly! I didn't liked anything other than salary being paid on time

Their is not much to write what I didn't like except few things like culture, working hours, expenses system, the way the management lies to you and distributor, zero distributor grievance handling, neither the fnf of distributor is done nor of the employee, apparently the management will never appreciate good work except finding new ways to criticize you and your work it seems Brainbees Solutions Pvt Ltd have hired group of monkeys in their management team who have been handed over a fully loaded revolver in their hands and they didn't even know what to do with that revolver

Worst Senior Manager and There illogical policies. No Job security (already many empolyee loose there job in distribution team. Work Culture is not good even on holiday they said going to market. Due to Worst Management Company loose its Profitibiliy, Employee loose there jobs and even Channel Partners (Distributor yet Confuse about policies). Many more issues..

There is no Personal life , you have to attend the Daily meeting even though you are travelling in daily basis even riding your bikes . your life dedicated to making unproductive reports and sharing with senior managers . Have to work minimum 12 hours , have to start your day from 6 30 AM to makes reports and it will end 10 30 to 11 PM. An Area manage must travel every day to stores , Travel is exceptional only if he work at his base location stores . Do not expect any modern retail practices and procedures from Brand and manager There is no connection with your HR , your other departments in HO All sales team from Area operations are considered as lower profile employees you have to learn barbarian theories to manage franchises . No Professional approach will be allowed to deal with franchises . Store are closing from one end , Opening from other end , they dont consider any emotions of franchises

I joined as CRO right now assistant manager is very good compair to other brands i love my work always work is first preparation in my life.

Promotion wise ok but salary wise very worst... Im a Assistant manager salary 18000. Im handling Sr.Cro salary 25000 it very terrible. In case I resigned my work only reason the salary..

It is defintely a good company with a lot to learn about products. And the salary package wise is also good.

The work culture is very bad, as the Managers are given unnecessary pressure on sales and other KPIs. People are asked to open the stores late at night if the sale is less. No resolutions are being given for any problems and lastly even with follow ups the managers and staff are responsible
