Work culture. If you are doing one task suddenly new task comes without any connection with the first one.You can't have work life balance here under the name of requirement you have to compromise at times

Did not like travel process every employee is traveling zero work life balance people are spending on own money for travel and reimbursement process takes 45 days. No work life balance at all.

Good company for freshers to enter into corporate.

Toxic culture. Very less appraisal. Lot of partiality. ZERO facilities provided {except for parking and canteen(paid) and cockroach had been found in Maggie in canteen recently} No bonus. Culture here is to work for max 1.5 yrs and switch. Senior Management is partial and toxic.

Managers and area manager they don't understand our situations properly they think there own way not supported to workers so many partiality are there in that company from managers and area managers side
