No proper system...no fnf..no salary...trained accounting staff to fool ex employees so that they can eat the salary. Very very disappointing..eating up employees hardearned salary.

At mindseed the curriculum is Skill based. We feel every child is different and have potential which varies from other. There are no exams, no homework, parents and teachers contribute to child development. Teachers are provided refreshment training time to time. There is App which shows each childs level for each skill. This app is used by both parents and teachers.

Dislikes

I feel the compensation is low when compared with the teachers effort. Also no incentive or reward to encourage teachers, where as a lot of marketing activities disturbs teacher's action work-life balance and plan.

The immense learning , autonomy to make decisions, and unwavering support from leaders within the system have made this a true university of learning for me. Each challenge presents an opportunity to grow, experiment and implement impactful ideas. The culture of collaboration and encouragement drives not just personal development but also collective success.

Sometimes the need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously can be demanding. But it has helped me develop strong time management skills and become better at making quick & thoughtful decisions

accounts is unprofessional, incapable and inefficient. they never reply to mails, messages. Never respond how much ever mails you send. Very disturbing decorum in office due to continuous chitchat in high pitch. No scope of self career growth, learning and development
