Salary on time,that’s the only one thing that you can expect from the company. Products are decently good and available and far better prices as comapre to other brands

No proper planning for new product launch. Like rest of corporate world, top management is biased towards the sycophants only. HR department has no backbone,never bother to listen the genuine issues of employee. They fired the employee just after the maternity leave. From middle management's to top level all they need “yes boss “ subordinates.least bother about the ground level actually report.

Ever since I started working in the company, at first it was good, after that when the work started increasing, there are very few workers and there is a lot of work pressure, the company does not recruit people in order to save money, we have to spend 16+ hours.

There is nothing you like in these company expect there babys they come and you play with them

...icies any kind not nor other And there is no other benefits like pf and esic I'n these company job culture is very bad and there is relax for employees and no relief and salary package is very bad and very low and no some good promotion

Nothing. Worst company i have ever worked with.. no company culture ..HR's are useless and they dont solve problems of staff

...e worked with them i have found that they are unorganised and no work culture .. Delhi managar Prabhakar mishra stoped my salary ..while i was sick and i have 20 leaves in leave bank.. but he still stopped my salary . I complained about this to HR but they are useless ...my advice never work with firstcry worst company

Did not like travel process every employee is traveling zero work life balance people are spending on own money for travel and reimbursement process takes 45 days. No work life balance at all.
