There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given To new joinees.

It is defintely a good company with a lot to learn about products. And the salary package wise is also good.

The work culture is very bad, as the Managers are given unnecessary pressure on sales and other KPIs. People are asked to open the stores late at night if the sale is less. No resolutions are being given for any problems and lastly even with follow ups the managers and staff are responsible
