It's a developing concern of industry , it's gives a different types of experience in the infant to todler products and industry.

Work life balance only when there are no projects Learning ,only when a fresher.

...ther member acts as a TL and wants to just manage 6. Baised 7. Low appraisals . Also depends on performance but have experienced some of the very best performers still having very less salary. 8. No flexibility in work . Not a proper environment. Pathetic work culture. 9. 0 benefits and not an employee entric company. 10. Only join incase u are a fresher or if u want a learning. But best to join as a fresher and switch after getting a bit of experience. If any better opportunities available, blindly go there.

...that company That company pays monthly bonus, GooD work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is transported and company policies are good and good salary hike

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given To new joinees.

Did not like travel process every employee is traveling zero work life balance people are spending on own money for travel and reimbursement process takes 45 days. No work life balance at all.
