Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). It is defintely a good company with a lot to learn about products. And the salary package wise is also good.

The work culture is very bad, as the Managers are given unnecessary pressure on sales and other KPIs. People are asked to open the stores late at night if the sale is less. No resolutions are being given for any problems and lastly even with follow ups the managers and staff are responsible
