Senior management, one-way communication,no support only orders passing,no fnf. HR means nothing one man Hitler ship, Not suggest any one to even think of joining in this organisation

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they gi e good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not supporting at all, rather than supporting they are asking us to leave till 15th Oct and didn't pay our loyalty bonus till now for 1 year completion

Removing all employees from company in this situation in a week, blaming employees that we are not capable enough to work and fact is they are shutting down their company ..it's worse

It is defintely a good company with a lot to learn about products. And the salary package wise is also good.

The work culture is very bad, as the Managers are given unnecessary pressure on sales and other KPIs. People are asked to open the stores late at night if the sale is less. No resolutions are being given for any problems and lastly even with follow ups the managers and staff are responsible
