Superb Management very supportive and the way they handled the whole transition during Covid was really commendable. The work culture and environment is superb. The technologies used are latest so from a work experience perspective, the learning that you get working on some of the products is unmatched.

Compensation & Benefits can be improved to match the industry standards, its a product organization and benefits are that of a services organization.

working in such an environment can harm an employees reputation if they are associated with a company known for low morale, poor management and internal strife.

Politics are there also they not giving decent salary career growth is slow , basic training is good but process training is bad , every trainer has their different theory which is very confusing for bignner

The work culture of this company is good. The management is very helpful and nice. The company policies are properly designed and your job is secure and safe. The teammates are great and the training takes about 2 months but you learn as you perform on the production floor. You will always find new things related to your work and learn from it along with your team and management. The work-life is balanced for a person who likes the afternoon shift (12 pm- 9 pm).

Dislikes

Fresher's pay is quite low and it doesn't increase much with time. There are many career opportunities but no growth along with them unless you reach management.
