The work culture of this company is good. The management is very helpful and nice. The company policies are properly designed and your job is secure and safe. The teammates are great and the training takes about 2 months but you learn as you perform on the production floor. You will always find new things related to your work and learn from it along with your team and management. The work-life is balanced for a person who likes the afternoon shift (12 pm- 9 pm).

Dislikes

Fresher's pay is quite low and it doesn't increase much with time. There are many career opportunities but no growth along with them unless you reach management.

It is wonderful experience working with nthrive. I have been with this organization for over 4 years and does not have any negative feedback or experience during my tenure.
