Best work culture. Pay is decent in market. Learning good. Exposure to clients, other teams. Good for career growth.

Each project I had with similar tech but different domain. Some people like this. I don't like. Never seen this in previous places.

Job security is assured, you won't face layoffs there. However, if they ever want to let you go, they might exacerbate the situation for you.

Dislikes

...m or what is they need to accomplished. Hike will be in 1.2 to 1.3 years only. Never expect good salary hike without forwarding resignation letter. Company politics is unimaginable.

It is a fair place. Long term place. Normally companies pay low increment to people who stay, and laterals get good pay. Here, company is fair to those who stay. Market based hikes.

Opportunity to shift between different teams is good, but takes time.

Paid full salary, increments and bonus during Covid. No layoffs during Covid despite some projects ramping down. Supportive leads and managers.

To be honest, there is nothing much that I do not like. As compared to the previous places where I have worked it is better. Not liking work from home at the moment, but with pandemic there is not much option.

Good work environment. Good pay. Allows lateral move across departments. Good leads and managers.

Nothing to dislike. for me. I know that some people with poor time management find it hard. Work pressure can feel high initially.
