It is a fair place. Long term place. Normally companies pay low increment to people who stay, and laterals get good pay. Here, company is fair to those who stay. Market based hikes.

Opportunity to shift between different teams is good, but takes time.

Fingent provides an open culture. The senior management is really supportive and is open to suggestions. People get an opportunity to work in the latest technology. Work from home & Flexible work timing is allowed as the need for the employees. We get client interaction opportunities and there is no micro managing. Compensation is decent, but not the highest.

Paid full salary, increments and bonus during Covid. No layoffs during Covid despite some projects ramping down. Supportive leads and managers.

To be honest, there is nothing much that I do not like. As compared to the previous places where I have worked it is better. Not liking work from home at the moment, but with pandemic there is not much option.

People are treated well irrespective of age, gender or community. Fair pay and good level of responsibilities. Easy to communicate to decision makers.

This is not something I dislike, but an opportunity. The softskill trainings are good. Having more of these will really help people do better.
