Great company to work with, have been here for roughly 7 years now. No departmental silos, you are free to learn from any team and grow your functional area of expertise. Fingent has a very good team of exceptional people that puts you in the right atmosphere for growth. And finally the CEO is a very down to earth man, and holds core ethical values close to his chest, and every project worked at Fingent is more value driven than revenue driven so it does bring a feeling of job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Not much I guess, but the salary here is not at par with some of the bigger names in the IT industry.

Likes

Best work culture. Pay is decent in market. Learning good. Exposure to clients, other teams. Good for career growth.

Dislikes

Each project I had with similar tech but different domain. Some people like this. I don't like. Never seen this in previous places.

Job security is assured, you won't face layoffs there. However, if they ever want to let you go, they might exacerbate the situation for you.

Dislikes

...m or what is they need to accomplished. Hike will be in 1.2 to 1.3 years only. Never expect good salary hike without forwarding resignation letter. Company politics is unimaginable.

Performance based salary increments - not based on favoritism. Opportunity to work with and get feedback from very experienced people. Focus on culture and values.

Dislikes

No dislikes, but few things can be improved. Hybrid model, paternal leave etc.

It is a fair place. Long term place. Normally companies pay low increment to people who stay, and laterals get good pay. Here, company is fair to those who stay. Market based hikes.

Dislikes

Opportunity to shift between different teams is good, but takes time.
