Happy to work in Finch. Everyone is helpful. Office has good culture. Our product manager is handling team very good. He is like friend and gives good opportunities to us. He helps in career decisions and gives correct direction.

1.Very poor /not qualified management 2.Non technical people interacting on technical project discussions then comment about coding style, work style etc and creating issues if you disagree with their foolish opinions 3.People unaware of their designation and authorities 4. Unprofessional or immature culture and talks 5. Running inside a "Lodge Room" like environment 6.No PF, ESI, Celebrations or other activities or Training.No HRMS or Company Policy. 7.No job security

Salaries are in time , Good Work life balance , Small Office Environment but neat and clean as its in a business centre , No unexpected termination ,Management will hear us if we are planning to implement something , Most of the colleagues are helping each other and its makes me so much comfortable,Hybrid work mode ,Head quarters in Dubai ,

Great Atmosphere, Work Life Balance is here not that much pressure compare to other companies i have worked , Salaries on time , Good Team Members with good helping mentality , Celberations like birthdays and onam will be conducted , Experience Team is handling, Good Salary hike is giving after one year , Not that much big office but all the good infrastructure provided ,Easy Access
