It's my first company that I have joined as a fresher. Good package at that time in 2016 they gave 4.5 lakhs package by hand I got 32k to 33k. Every year they have common hike for 1.5 lakhs.. i worked there for 5 years. While leaving the company I got 10.5 lakhs package. By hand I was getting 73k. Coming to learning experience: In company we have poor working standards. No internet access while working so there is no one to help you out while you stuck with an issue. Even if you get help from somebody still it will help you to finish that taks . You won't get in-depth knowledge on product you are doing. Working hours are 9 am to 7 pm . Some times u need to work till 9pm as well. But u won't get any extra benifits. Main draw back here is you won't get good learning experience and job security. You may get fired once in an year.

No job security. Zero learning skills. They won't provide any additional facilities other than salary. No transport or food facilities are provided.

...Some will butter their managers and Team Leads to prevent them from being fired. All are working only for the sake of the salary package which is good for freshers. Unable to balance work with life since we have to stay in the company until we have to complete the work even though the work delayed due to environment issues. Environment issue is one of the major drawback of delay to IVTL Developers and testers.The environment won't be stable at all the time.it will available at any time and mostly only after our work hours.hence since morning to evening we won't have any work and after our work time we have to work. Job security is none.One can be fired at any time without any prior information or warning.

People in management level spoiled the work culture here..No work life balance if u are identified as good at work.. It is hard to take long leave like 3 or 4 days..

This company is mainly focused on ERP product development.Working in IVTL INFOVIEW gave me chance to learn software working culture and an opportunity to learn and work with new technologies and with experienced people.I love the fact that I am part of team that plays a major role in developing the software and maintains the quality of the product.This organization has Japan based clients so we get the opportunity to communicate with Japanese clients also.

...logies inside the organization that are emerging right now in software industry.Compensation is good,but growth is slow.Managers don't value the work of an employee.
