The company is open for innovation and launching new products as per market scenario. More probability for exposure in the market. They r also exporting the products. I also like the employee rehire policy.

Compensation is average but growth is slow.Work pressure is very high. Higher management do not value individual strength.

...gulars training sessions happen which are very helpful to acquire new knowledge. Salary and expenses are always coming on time. Growth opportunity is there.

Every Sunday you need to send weekly report which is very difficult to digest. Sometimes distributors are not supportive at all.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives also. Even Covid 19 period they are supportive...

Huge motivation is imbibed among youngsters by the seniors. Company invest in training adequately.

The starting pay is exceptionaly. Degree and qualifications does not matter to the. What matters is experience and self they believe in self learning.

There’s nothing to like about Finar/Actylis. The bosses are ill mannered and disrespectful towards their subordinates. The management and HR are not trustworthy or helpful with regards to the concerns raised by employees.

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic. Management is biased and doesn’t care for the well-being of their employees. Not a safe place for women employees.
