No appraisal. Manager says company is in loss every year. No bonus as gift during diwali or Christmas. If anyone starts career in fis with 3 lakh ctc then will be at 6 lakh only after 5 year.. poor growth

Here you can Change the teams on the basis of current skills, like in service based companies we can change project directly if we don't want to work in current team.

- Perks and salary is good comparatively for the same profile. - Taking a leave makes a scene always so they will appreciate if you never take a leave.

Dislikes

- Work life balance is zero. - You will be asked to attend pre shift briefing 30 minites before the actual shift time so the 9 hr shift becomes 9.5. - They will say you are in OJT but will make a work as a tenure emoloyee ( more than 6 hrs). -Training duration is very less as per the content. - They will schedule your breaks as per their choice, which will never be as per the eating time. - You will never get tume to learn new skills or explore different internal online resources. - The only thing they care about is to meet target KPIs.

Salary is the best in market and wonderful growth opportunities. Only downside is you cannot travel and settle abroad through company. But a wonderful company encourages innovation and believes on freedom to think while at work and decide.

...lic you will attend saturation in decent time and there won't be much to learn .salary is not competitive for support roles ,however work life is best and easy pace work environment .

...o are from older times of SunGard presence in Pune in many different offices . Salary is not competitive ,for career growth you need some politics and senior management blessings .
