Yes I really Like to work at FIS but Job Promotions & Salary hike are not as expected. It's really good for those guys who are joining this organisation with Good Hike & want a stable life ahead. For those like me who are at initial phase of learning & want to earn more money should go for some other company

Work life balance a d food is good, lot of cultural and fin activities. No training programs for skill development, Internal politics, No growth only work life balance and less work to do. For girls who want to setup their life and don't want to do much work and not interested in growth and self development can join. Fir boys i will suggest those who want carrier growth and skill development should not join for longer time else it will be hard to switch to any other company.

Dislikes

...mentioned above. No technical and self development. No training and learnings. Only fun and work life balance and less salary than market. Appraisal is upto 7 to 9peecent max, usually people get 7percent only.

...cellent. Learning perspective is also very good. Oppertunity for growth is less. Should revised existing emp salary according to market correction going currently.

...de you too are active and want to learn. Company have options for permanent Wfh. Appraisals are good but there is no bonus.

There is a lot of politics at senior level. Senior resources/management do not listen to the resources working on ground. There are some of the senior resources who works only to create unnecessary pressure on team. Notice period is of 75 Days. With recent projects the training is not given to new resources. They are expected to learn the product while working on it.

Getting Subsidized Food Allowance but that is applicable only to a certain level like upto Engineer, Sr. Engineer-level only. Sports Event organized annually.

Dislikes

Less Pay than Market No Four Wheeler Parking in the Company Premises. No Gym, No Games like T.T, Pool etc.
