Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Only that they offer competitive salary package.

Dislikes

Work culture is quite unethical. Rampant hire n fire policy. Performance is driven by fear. Security factor is absolutely missing. People are asked to leave very disgracefully.

The people working there was helpful and supports you. But if you are experienced then it is good for you and you can learn but as a fresher i will suggest not to join FIS.

Dislikes

When they are hiring candidates they never tell that the payroll company will not be FIS. They hire people and then without any prior information they told that your project is rolled off and you have to go. When they need workforce they will tell you to join on immediate basis and when they can't pay you they will not even thing for a moment and tell you to go.
