Good Work Life balance (No extra hours, no after office calls etc), leave policy is lucrative, TexPro(one of the product) is very good and competitive, Exposure of dealing with big brands, Company Location, Festival celebrations.

Dislikes

... (Chaos, confusion, competition and biasness), no work hour compensation policy. Pending leave encashment (2 year), Low salary, High politics. P.S: If you are good at ego massaging of superior(sales) you won't face any of the above mentioned sales related issues. - without any skillset you will easily achieve targets (Best opportunity for followers)

The job security is terrible. One can be at job one day and jobless the next. Top management is biased to people. And encourage existing employees more than new ones. Fitting in is a struggle.

Dislikes

Salary range is too less. Sales pressure on the the individuals are too high. No support whatsoever by the management.

Good Management and good job security. The work life balance is optimum. It gives decent opportunities to grow, develop one's skill and travel. Work structure, duties and key responsibilities are well defined.

Dislikes

Intra team and inter team politics with gossip culture. New comers are rarely welcome. Senior members in some departments are sometimes cold and unwelcoming. As a result, people don't stick around a lot.
