...and culture very toxic for employee and only some top Seniors get the increment. They do very discrimination in Salary, hike, increment, food. Very poor environment for new employee.

Very cheap mentality persons are there in BD, Accounts sales and management itself a very very toxic in nature and make work environment and culture very toxic and worst for the employee. It's a big no to this company.

I think It is one of the fasted growing company in india .the work environment is very good this company cares about your employees . On big thing many companies are asking about experience. How can a fresher get experience? But this company give opportunity to fresher.
