In this Company except some employee noting to like about this Company

Dislikes

Company management makes work environment and culture very toxic for employee and only some top Seniors get the increment. They do very discrimination in Salary, hike, increment, food. Very poor environment for new employee.

In Ferrites there is nothing to like ang good things for the employee.

Dislikes

Very cheap mentality persons are there in BD, Accounts sales and management itself a very very toxic in nature and make work environment and culture very toxic and worst for the employee. It's a big no to this company.
