Very few to mention: 1. Previous CHRO was one of the best this company has ever had. 2. Good Medical Insurance Policy. 3. Pick-up and drop facility from the metro station.

...d in this company. 9. It's more of a family and relative business organization. Only those who are personally known to the management will get "GREAT SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS". 10. Their call center set-up is a mess. 11. Be aware of people in the Finance department, they believe as if they are running the show. There is one person in finance, when you will ask him to help you with the investment declaration or TDS calculation he will definitely ask you to first buy some insurance policy from him or give him a box of sweets. 12. They will never invest in your development, and neither they will send you to attend world-class seminars and conferences within India.

First of all, they had deducted the salary by 50 percent for the month of april after that, From may onward they sent us a mail for LWP ( leave without pay ) for next 6-12 months. That is horrible that when you need financial support from your organisation. They will leave you. Really worst experience as i was working with them for almost 2 year.

Dislikes

Worst experience as they ask us to leave on our tuff time or when you need them most. After working for almost 2 year with single off in a month and sometime day and night both shift working alone, they ask us to leave. No carrier growth not a good opportunity however if you are not getting job anywhere and looking for 3-4 month work you can join ferns n petals.
