Company is good for freshers start it give good platform to start carrier package is also good staff are very cooperative HR IS ALSO Good always helpful to you.

Team is very important there are some teams in which there is lots of politics even though there mistakes they will not except they will push that mistakes on you and team leads trying to demotivate really company is so good very supportive staff except the team lead that i got really about here what to speak...so sad ..Hr should focused on here why only these team people are leaving the job they should focused on that .

Good exposure to technical functionality. Teammates are supportive. Working with different kind of clients with different business requirements.

Dislikes

Compansation is not so good. Deduction for tea and water expenses. Unnecessary components of year end bonus is also added.

Its a worst organisation for women employees

Dislikes

Horrible experience for women employees. leadership team that too some senior consultants especially one who is working there since last 7 years use to have inappropriate discussion and favours from women employees.

I feel very greatfull to join Fendahl Technology Private limited. Work environment and culture is good. Teammates are very supportive. Company has done a great job in this pandemic on providing work from home facilities

As i joined only 5 month before, i haven't found anything to be disliked

Job security is good and provide really good start for Carrier experience.overall good start to learn new technology for freshers.

Dislikes

Working hours are long and company is more focus on working on office culture than work from home.I agree some people prefer working from office but each one should have freedom to work from wherever they want.
