Well the organisation is forever supportive. They have given a full proof SOP for the work from home scenario. Looking at the situation of the country they have given us work from home till further notice but there is full support from everyone and no salary deduction as such

Well I feel that there should be monthly meetings with the team's so as to understand where we are lacking behind and where we are doing good.

I think it is good for fresher not because you learn lot many things but because go the kind of work you get to add skill set called patience. If you can work at feedback, you can work anywhere

No structure, no standard process and above all, How we are doing the work is something that needs to be addressed
