The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

Its been 3 yrs now , it is good company, but this company pays more salary to newly joined employees which is negative for those who r working since long time , managers and tl are selected from outside , tenured employees r not selected

No growth no hikes no increment nothing, even if u take initiative there is no growth ulll be stuck to just yearly increments which is peanuts or child’s pocket money worth lesser ig

Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

The compensation is very less and less scope of career growth here. The appraisals is very low here. Feedback are given but that should be implemented too.

... was 100% but after the pendemic they ramdown the process and we lost our jobs , though they had ask me to relocate some other city in the same post and with little hike in salary, which was not sufficient enough to survive since I am the only earning member in my family. It was just a badluck for me to left this company.
