There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. And the on job training is not given to new joinees

I like good bonding between worker and incharge. Everytime they support each other, food facility, uniform, and most important safety every where since 3-4 years. No major accident happened in last 4 years.

Promotion chances are very rare.

The company is good and open to innovation and readily adopts latest I technology. I love this nd I am a part of this group that makes a high quality product. I also like the employee of here.

This company growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high.manager do not give value for my suggestion.

i want say that everyday is chalanging day here in term of -to achieve daily target,to achieve zero defect,to maintain customer confidence, to achieve daily delivery to our customer. I am feeling amazing experience to cross daily trouble with our team.

I want to gain other work experience,i want to feel different atmosphere. It is possible when i will try to change from here.
