...nce certificate they had totally tortured and lied to us during this lockdown . All of us are going to take legal action over featsystem for frauding and not returning our cheques and salary to us .If you are planning to join featsystem then rethink your decision twice and then make decision

Worst Policies, Change seating arrangements according to there comfort(anytime), Management is very poor they always peek in your personal life, No Work Culture, No Worklife Balance, Low Salary i.e 1.44 LPA , Appraisal ranges from 21 to 25 %, if appraisal is above 20% then you have to stay for next 9 months, You won’t get appraisal if your 1 year is not completed, Top level Politics, Rude Senior Management, Irresponsible HRs. Let me explain you a scenario: Suppose you join Feat in the month of April 2024, there is a 2 year bond with submitting original documents (Marksheet) and a cheque of approx 1L, then you have to complete training without stipend for 4 to 6 months, Now let say you spend 4 months in training, so you’ll be on payroll from 1st August 2024 with a starting package of 1.44 LPA. So, You won’t get any increment for upcoming year, as you haven’t completed 1 year of employment. Means you will get your 1st appraisal in May-June 2026 i.e after 1.9 years (Delay in Appraisal because of poor management). Now, in April 2026 your bond will be finished but but but, by default they will give you increment between 21 to 25%. If you accept the increment, That’s means you have stay for more 9 months from the date of increment, and then you can resign and serve notice period of 3 months(that means LWD will be in March 2027). Or other option is you can reject the increment. So, at the end you will be at 1.44 LPA after taking all the bullshits, toxic environment, etc. serve 3 months of notice period and leave the organization in August 2026. Hope it helps you to take wise decision of your precious life. There are many more points, I think when you’ll join you should experience it by yourself : )

I liked that seniors are very coperative in this company.

I have many poor reviews about this company. 1.Fresher please dont come here the worst company i have ever seen in my life. 2.freshers will only get 3k stipend and they say after 3 months of training we will start the payroll but they will fool you.They usually take 5 to 6 months to take you on payroll. 3.There is no one to train you about the automation only seniors are very helpful in this company. 4.The hr in this company who's name is pranali shinde is the terrible women she interfere in everyones personal life and she acts like she is the ceo of the company. 5.Chirag patel who is the worst man of this feat system's.This man is the only reason where fresher wont grow in ths comapany.

worst experience ever as a first carreer job. Management is very unprofessional . No proper management plus very unprofessional to talk. Clear lies while giving projects at client sides. Havent support me infact indirect torture to pull back thier asset while i was serving treatment in hopsital. Still dues havent payed and addition to it harsh language.
