They will hire a lot of people and when there is a little crisis they will fire extras or put on No Work No Pay they they will kick you out, Increment is really low, No chance of learning.

...ditionally, the decision-making process can be slow, causing delays in projects. The compensation and benefits could also be more competitive with industry standards. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in these areas. That being said, everything else about the company is fantastic. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for career growth. Management is approachable, and work-life balance is highly valued. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop professionally.

...ey asks to fulfill the assignment target even when they do not have fresh cases. They offers 18k CTC to freshers, many will think wow what a nice salary but trust me you will be with no choice except leaving the job in no time, as there is so much politics and disgusting working environment. Even the job they asks you to provide is not upto the mark.. only person who has no other alternatives or in a very bad situation will remain working here.. I will suggest everyone who ever thinking to join, just remain jobless for sometime you will surely get something best but don't go for this one.. All the best

There is no job security. For some reason, they will put you on No Work No Pay without any written proof, If you ask them to provide they will deny it. Then they will tell you that they can probably call all NWNP employees, and suddenly you will receive a call from HR that We don't have a requirement for you so we are releasing you. What is this, in first place why did you hire us, IS THAT A JOKE TO YOU? What do you see on there social platforms are all fake.
