Nothing is good in this organisation. They will promote you and demote you again in few days, No Increase in Salary.. They don't increase salary even after your promotion. They will not give incentive even if you're qualified for it still they will disqualify you by giving fake quality scores. Very selfish company. Go for better options. Don't Join Here.

Lot's of things have to learn and no work pressure and good environment. All the time company give the on time salary and other help according to the promise which is done from there end and I had learn lots of thing in this company and also I enhance my communication skills and other team building skill with the help of my reporting manager mr sailesh

Basically overall all the things is good but I hope in features if company focus to enhance the Noida branch and allot the the operation service from the Noida than it will be very effective because currently there are all the management taken the discussion from the Kolkata and if we have required some things so we are dependent on Kolkata. that's the thing which I dislike

... knows except the CEO & the HR's 5. You will be told to work on Sundays also. 6. Salary deduction happens always, don't know on what basis. 7. Your department will get changed without any notice (today you are working in Marketing department tomorrow they will tell you that you are no more in Marketing, shifted to Sales or telecalling)

During the period of lockdown the company has paid full salary to all employees where the other companies are forced to stop working due to decreasing sales. Highly recommended for new commers for growing their career engaged with Fastinfo family. Really pleased 😊

Salary comes on time & My manager & IT Team was really supportive. When I needed a job change they have hired me.

They will hire a lot of people and when there is a little crisis they will fire extras or put on No Work No Pay they they will kick you out, Increment is really low, No chance of learning.
