The best part of this company is the salary date it is always on time or before the time, and I can bet anyone that no one ever meets MD Like this he is super-supportive to any employee. Talking about the management they are always trying to help you but your point have to be genuine. In one word Fastinfo is one of the best places to work you can find.

As a SPE trainer at Fastinfo my journey is going well. I have been working here for a year now so according to me it is like as long as you perform well you survive anywhere. Though challenges are there but you don't grow if there are no challenges. Thanks to Fastinfo I found a job at the time companies were chopping off their employees. The work culture is very good, but I'm a little puzzled about the company policies. The management team is also working great these days as everyone out there is growing as well the management is growing towards perfection.

...epartment but compared to others there is a good opportunity for others to grow. Salary is a bit matter of concern and appraisal is something I'm still not sure enough. Politics is meant to be there in every corporate, as we humans have the tendency to make sure that we stay ahead and kick others out of our way to success. Coming towards innovation there's a lot going on and Fastinfo is growing day after day. My work-life balance has not been hampered yet, let's hope for the best is something I tell myself every single day.

...ditionally, the decision-making process can be slow, causing delays in projects. The compensation and benefits could also be more competitive with industry standards. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in these areas. That being said, everything else about the company is fantastic. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for career growth. Management is approachable, and work-life balance is highly valued. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop professionally.
