I really enjoyed working at Aeronutrix. Aeronutrix takes full care of its employees. In my 13 years of working life, my birthday was celebrated for the first time by Aeronutrix compared to my previous company. Which I and my family liked very much.

Friendly work culture with a lot of young and ambitious people in the team. Lot of opportunity to explore and learn by working with teams outside your domain

Noticed favouritism, which was a major turn off. The hierarchy really failed to ensure employee satisfaction.

Instead I worked properly and gave my more than 100% but company only see their benefits and they can fire any employee any time according to their new joiner
