I have been here for 2.5 years. Culture had become quite political because of certain tech team members. Management is slowly working to phase out such members who are unproductive and is giving more opportunities to engineers who are motivated. There is improvement in the overall mood and morale but the tech leadership can be better and more balanced.

As a former employee of FanCraze, I regret to say that my time was nothing short of a nightmare. If you are considering joining this organization, I implore you to reconsider. 1- No work life balance: Prepare to sacrifice your evenings, weekends and even holidays to meet unrealistic deadlines. 2- Toxic Company Culture: The atmosphere is rife with tension, gossip. It feels like being trapped in a dysfunctional family run shop rather than a professional workplace. 3- lack of Technical Expertise: Shockingly, the founding team lacks even basic technical knowledge. Their incompetence trickles down, resulting misguided decisions, flawed strategies and a fundamental misunderstanding of the industry. 4- Disregard for Hard work: You are merely a disposable cog in the machine, easily replaced and forgotten. In conclusion, company is a sinking ship disguised as a reputable workplace.
