There is no yearly bonus system for staff, no staff room, no staff welfare picnic, extra time duty but no extra payment, no transparency in PF deduction. There is no SOP for staff.

...ce upon a time Fabindia is a employee oriented company.. But, now they are not..It's very disappointed day by day Fabindia salary structure and incentive scale is going down.. Otherwise Fabindia as a brand it is very good..😊😊

Fabindia is one of reputed Pvt Ltd company in retail industry. one who wants a good start in his carrier can select fabindia as starter booster. Management is good but it actually depend upon store to store and the working environment of that area.
