There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...system and throw out those who were working any how in this pandemic situations. Saying that they dont have budget to pay new employee. Just to show that even in pandemic situation they are taking care of there employee they kept on roll employees and simply said good bye to those who were on probation. Worst experience of retail in whole career of 10+years

Today is 10th October 2024. It is 2nd day of Durga Puja. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. In case the decision was shared months back employees should have planned accordingly. However, as it is decided in the middle of Puja. It has made things worst. Complete worthless management.

Fabindia is one of reputed Pvt Ltd company in retail industry. one who wants a good start in his carrier can select fabindia as starter booster. Management is good but it actually depend upon store to store and the working environment of that area.
