The pay was good

Dislikes

A lot of internal company politics, the company is a lala company. Aadarsh(co founder) is a sadist person, he treats people like garbage. Doesn't hesitate to fire. The attrition is extremely high and no one is happy inside the company.

In terms of a startup, It's quite good. It's not overly strict; the timing is flexible, and there's no unnecessary salary deduction. The rest depends on your manager. Compared to other competitors and startups, they pay well. They pay very generously to senior management.

They are not focusing on long-term growth; management is focusing on creating their own wealth. They do not pay variable on time, and to some teams, not at all. policy changes on a monthly basis. No work life balance, anyone can call you at anytime, any day.

Nobody cares about the SDR team, If you set up meetings reporting manager will not attend them, and they will most likely be cancelled, We get observe the sun rise, set and return during our daily routines. my reporting manager spent the entire day with city lead. The city lead will asking us to set up meetings with clients for him on every monday; the rest of the week, he will not bother us. They will teach you two lessons how to fix up meeting how to blame others

If you are working for a company where you are a lill valued, don't leave the job and switch to Fabhotels..if you are jobless you can try ..toxic culture specially in operations and Supply and sales...not recommended at all

Nothing except salary being credited in time

Dislikes

Working late night is almost a daily routine. One has to work from home even if that person is not well or sick. Sometimes working on a national holiday from home is also required by the management. Very poor top management which is doing everything except growth and development of the organisation.
