No work life balance Gender pay disparity Leadership are only there to pretend to be on calls and barely have any idea about what the team is doing. Can't even close open positions on time. The HR and hiring managers are pathetic at hiring people with the right skill set

... don't have expect good hike.From last 2 years we are getting single digit hike. Your salary will be far away from market standard if you join EY GDS. Don't expect promotions. Everyone is leaving and attrition rate is high due to low hike.

Though work life balance is good, sometime super demanding culture No structure and hence decision making is poor More than work and performance internal network is the way org works ( no process)

Great work-life balance, hybrid word culture. Good to settle your career with great job security. Ample opportunities for learning with badges and degrees available and implementation is encouraged.

Bad for very ambitious people. Salary hike lower for non-service line (CBS). Decent for SLs but more pressure.
