If you are lucky enough to be part of the right team, you'll have good work life balance and a good team culture where you'll at least not be absolutely terrified of Mondays and drag through your week for the weekend. The leave policy was good while I was working at EYGBS. My team and team culture was devoid of toxic politics and I had the opportunity to decide what I want to do.

...ned in the JD also, the actual job is far from what the initial expectation was. The hiring process is a nightmare, salary is miniscule, almost every function has absolute chernobyl level toxicity, leaders favour their own people. Talent is colluded with head hunters for hiring and you'll get zero results on applying directly to career page. I was a part of an internal support team and had access to data and people from various functions in EY GBS. Apart from the fact that there is absolutely no clarity to ANYONE what they are doing, if you are a yapper you might succeed but in an incompetent space such as EY GBS, your likeability is your biggest asset, since there is no real work that gets done here.

... deal with onshore and within teams also talking in English has been normalised. And If we talk about Salary then ya it provides little extra than other industries and Big 4s India obviously because they are earning in pounds and Dollars and giving us penny but for us Penny is a lot... ❤️

Work wise, you may be little bit dissatisfied because level of work is not that much challenging where you need extra skills. But there are some engagements where you are given full engagement to handle from GDS side and its kinda feeling of our ownership.

I don't like anything, the management sucks, they will reward you with better package only when they feel you are offered better outside.

Salary at same levels will be different. For an experienced professional within the firm, will not get good appraisal when compared.

Learning and Development, supportive teams, focus on learnung, great place to start your career as you pick up a lot of skills, makes you a well-rounded professional

Work life balance during busy season, salary can be lower than other designations in other companies which is traded off with the brand name and learning.

Work culture and ability to learn new skills while on the job

Compensation and benefits are not good. Also growth opportunities are very limited. It might take you more than 4 years to move out of senior associate position. The work is very monotonous unless you are amle to pick a side project of your interest.
