...s no work life balance and you're made to work continuously for stretched hours. There's no pay or appreciation for working overtime and infact everyone is expected to work after their work shift has ended. There's no acknowledgement of good work and you're expected to take time out of your personal time to compensate for the hours spent on working on new tasks(which is something that happens on a continuous basis). There are a lot of admin tasks, learnings etc as well, and even for these you're expected to take time out of your personal time. Overall, would not recommend.

Culture is really good, good communication and proper policy installed for every thing

Dislikes

No work life balance, the person who works well, only keeps working. If you aren't good at working or not interested in giving more than 75%, then it's a right company because work will reduce and you get normal bonus which isn't bad.. if you work hard, you get no life outside work, but bonus will be good

Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

...leadership’s toxicity. She likes people pleaser and no body should question her. And all those you sucks up gets a promotion, good bonus and hike.

Though work life balance is good, sometime super demanding culture No structure and hence decision making is poor More than work and performance internal network is the way org works ( no process)
