Salary - offered decent bonu and hike if you perform well. People are good and understanding leave policy is excellent

Dislikes

promotions - they arent really based on your work but on how much extra you contribute to ey apart from work. ie time spent beyond 9 hours on other ey activities.

Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Dislikes

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

This company is a pay master. Compared to other similar companies, this company pays very well, just the employee has to be allocated to any project

Dislikes

Company hired a lot of employees because they were expecting an organizational split, now they want to downsize. They are using 'Return to office' as a tool to downsize. So, whoever is far from office locations who cannot go to office, this is a huge drawback

It may be good for those delagates work and bootlickers.

Hell, lots of dislikes. No/showoff culture, poor management, pay less and victims of their bad decisions which ruins career's and personal life.

Good salary as compared to other Service based company Work life balance is good but majorly depends on project Learning capabilities are much better than others

Dislikes

Compensation can be better for existing employees as they are giving less hikes. WLB in few roles are pathetic, don't land up in those projects.
