Everything is based on project. If project is good and always sending appreciation then good else you will end up losing the variable pay and increment. Worst thing is flat hierarchy, you never know whom to contact for any purpose. Headache - competency, if on bench ..nightmare.. anytime you can receive mail asking to leave.. assessment one after another..

..., paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities

Salary - offered decent bonu and hike if you perform well. People are good and understanding leave policy is excellent

promotions - they arent really based on your work but on how much extra you contribute to ey apart from work. ie time spent beyond 9 hours on other ey activities.
