Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

..., paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities

1. Less salary than indurstry standard if you are a fresher. 2. No hike and bonus or any our perks for our domain. 3. High politices from senior managers 4. No cab/lunch facility 5. Everyone busy making impression US team and that leads to more work pressure on juniors.

Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!

EY GDS is the worst place you can work for. No WLB, no compensation, no appreciation, no skill development and no opportunity to even talk to clients. You work for 12-13 hours a day and during busy season even on Saturdays. Busy season last for 3 months. Even after all this no appreciation. Seniors are insensitive and frustrated which makes working with them harder. You are supposed to work 24*7. Excel is the only skill you are going to learn if you are applying for assurance associate role.

I like nothing about this Company. They only claim to make a better working work. But they are always understaffed and make the employees work 24*7 with little pay.
