Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Dislikes

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

The Good thing is the relation we had in our team and the occasional team events and dinners. The office was a vibe.

Dislikes

During seasons, it is very stressful and would have to work long hours and the salary for the analytics team were very low

...obot. very bad experience from my side. very very very bad my reporting manager. Culture is not good, salary wise is ok.

Not good compnay at all, I see all are cons.

No benefits for the employees who is in the organisation for long. Only new joiners are getting benefitted.

HR policies are bad ... They can recruit people for dream packages but they never prefer to pay the employees better ...so the attrition is high

Great opportunities to learn and grow. Good compensation and benefits. Health insurance policy is good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is skewed. They make employee forget about family and always work. Assign multiple projects and pressurize the employee. Also the rank offered was not based on work experience. Too much of team politics and favoritsm. No one on one discussion with employee be it appreciation/ escalation. Management always discuss it in team meetings which should be avoided.
