Dislikes

Very less tenure on the projects, no proper planning and guideline, no clear roadmap on projects. Just want to work in billable project. thats only thing everyone expect here.

- Peers and senior management here is quite supportive and helpful. - Good learning opportunities as projects can be challenging sometimes. - Flexible work timings - easy leave approvals on prior intimation (for long leaves). - VPB is usually more than what is promised.

- Salary Hikes are not that great. - Onsite opportunities are very less.

Flexible work arrangement and flexible work hours and good work life balance and EY offers a great learning opportunities and encourages employees to look for better opportunities within EY and up skill yourself.

Everything is based on project. If project is good and always sending appreciation then good else you will end up losing the variable pay and increment. Worst thing is flat hierarchy, you never know whom to contact for any purpose. Headache - competency, if on bench ..nightmare.. anytime you can receive mail asking to leave.. assessment one after another..
