Brand value. But only for clients. Coz it comes at a cost to the employee- miserable work life balance and extended hours almost all times and not just once in a while.

Pathetic work life balance. The philosophy is to just bag projects at lowest price and then try meet up the margins by getting the work done with least resources, hence overburdening the resource with extended hours , no weekends, and no breathers bw the projects. In a way best recipe for an unhealthy and wasted life. Although it all depends on the line of service and your team/leaders, but still I hear a similar feedback from my peers in other practices. Join in if you wish to look 40s in your 20s or 30s. All the best !

Fully politics between SM and Director role. Never seen any of the company before. Poor work life balance No one will you proper chargable code or hrs for the BD task. Almost 6 timesheet that you need to fill daily Director shout infront of everyone in the call no proper communication and work flow from Top to bottom level management. Director ping directly to AM or Manger to do that task without any charge code. Most of the time people dont share project name due to confidential.
