First advertise your firm. 1. Hr policies are very bad. They will say fixed salary and incentives are variable. After the training part gets over. You will assigned under a manager. And then only employee comes to know about weekly targets. And also you have to met the attendance criteria that also will be a daily target like ( doing a sale, 100 minutes talk time, Booking appointments. If one of the daily target is not achieved they will mark us absent for the day. And weekly sales target has to be achieved otherwise from manager to senior managers will always pressurize the junior employee. 2. They will only give 10 numbers per day. And the minimum daily criteria is to talk 100 minutes. Idiots in 10 numbers 5 numbers will not accept the call. Then how we can achieve that are you a human. 3. Managers will always ask for sales target of a person. 4. If a member is not making sale he will be punished for extra hours. 5. Idiots first change the attendance criteria, We to have a family. Why i am saying this because. There is no time limit for working. We have to be ready at anytime. 6. Work time is too long. If you run a family You can't find time to spend with your family. 7. Extramarks senior management this is for you idiots We (employees) also human. So please revise the HR policies don't make fake promises. Because every HR giving fake promises like fixed salary. Always giving other language leads and unable to connect callings then how we can attain daily attendance you fool. 10. Managers behave like humans. Don't force your employee. They are also human. 11. Freshers who have pressure management skills come here to work. Otherwise don't come here, theses peoples will ruin your careers. 12.
