First advertise your firm. 1. Hr policies are very bad. They will say fixed salary and incentives are variable. After the training part gets over. You will assigned under a manager. And then only employee comes to know about weekly targets. And also you have to met the attendance criteria that also will be a daily target like ( doing a sale, 100 minutes talk time, Booking appointments. If one of the daily target is not achieved they will mark us absent for the day. And weekly sales target has to be achieved otherwise from manager to senior managers will always pressurize the junior employee. 2. They will only give 10 numbers per day. And the minimum daily criteria is to talk 100 minutes. Idiots in 10 numbers 5 numbers will not accept the call. Then how we can achieve that are you a human. 3. Managers will always ask for sales target of a person. 4. If a member is not making sale he will be punished for extra hours. 5. Idiots first change the attendance criteria, We to have a family. Why i am saying this because. There is no time limit for working. We have to be ready at anytime. 6. Work time is too long. If you run a family You can't find time to spend with your family. 7. Extramarks senior management this is for you idiots We (employees) also human. So please revise the HR policies don't make fake promises. Because every HR giving fake promises like fixed salary. Are we dogs, Always have to run for attendance. 8. Senior management behave like humans. 9. Give good leads. Always giving other language leads and unable to connect callings then how we can attain daily attendance you fool. 10. Managers behave like humans. Don't force your employee. They are also human. 11. Freshers who have pressure management skills come here to work. Otherwise don't come here, theses peoples will ruin your careers. 12. Monday our friends and relatives are not available. But we are available. If a person working here definitely will not get married because of these jokers Schedule.

Its been almost 9 months as a ASM. Overall managers are good.. but few lazy managers are getting salary without working in field. They are cheating the company and getting full pay. Company have to monitor those cheaters. but company is fine. But u r under pressure. Overall support is 100% from senior managers. No politics and they are friendly.

Unwanted Pressure company expects too much business. but ground reality is totally different,. Sudden changes internally so its affecting your Pipeline leads. Have to enquire the reality with ground working Managers not only with Senior managers.

Worst culture , Politics against employees by their own managers , Seniors just manipulation their employers to spend their own money on customers, Some managers don't know how to manage teams , Gurpreet singh working on manager level don't know how to manage team just threating to cut off the salary for the sake of revenue, you'll gonna work hard and they'll gonna cut your salary without of any reason , you have to invest your own money and in return you'll not even get full salary , I am talking about Mohali office , Don't ever work in Extramarks specifically the Guy gurpreet singh Turban guy who doesn't know how to talk , how to behave , worst work culture ever. If you want to waste your own money then you can join.

As there is no HR/admin, there is no cohesive work culture. Very toxic work environment. Managers have no clue how to handle teams, no work planning and last minute decisions.

My overall experience was too bad, company culture was bad, there is salary deduction process and only 1 holiday in a month, this company is not good for career because no job security is there, traveling issue and 7 working days, company culture and service towards customer is too bad, my only suggestion never choose extramarks for career
