No Job Security, Less developer in team, ask one back end developer to do all the module. No proper support from team member. Without proper documentation they asked to complete all the task on given time. Late night work.

Events needs to be done apart from work. events organized because you have to pay certain part from you salary which is never yours. HR people are very tough and arrogant. All maintenance projects. Company has no cafeteria to relax if you want

Employees are being offboarded due to the lack of available projects, often resulting in individuals being forced to resign. There is no robust support system in place to help team members upskill or transition effectively within the organization. Despite being an official Salesforce partner, non-developers lack access to essential resources like Salesforce vouchers for certification. Family relations within the organization often take precedence in promotions, sidelining merit and performance. Some project managers, directors, and VPs struggle to push back on unreasonable client demands, prioritizing project acquisition over employee well-being. Teams are intentionally kept small to ensure the continuation of client projects, leading to overburdened employees.

No job security u will get kicked off within one year saw many people on notice period management is terrible they love only their relatives and shor lickers there is One person name ANIL APATE never seen horrible man like him he is king of politics after working 12-14 hrs this man dont care about your efforts.. everything is piece of cake for him he dont have the knowledge and have high expectations always from others after working 12-14hrs they also expect u to work on saturday sundays... new hiring and firing everytime happens here working under anil is hellll dont join extentia they gave preference to their relatives their are manager from irrelevant job background because they relative
